Clients may NOT use my art for AI in ANY WAY.*Clients MAY request complicated Mecha, however, it will result in extra fees depending on the complexity.Please note that I may still reject a request if I do not feel comfortable continuing with it, even if it's contents are not stated on this list.Clients can not request that I create anything in someone else's style. I have several styles available to use! Check "Art Examples & Styles"!
Requesting a Commission
Clients may request a commission via private message OR email (more details are under "Contact").Most likely, I will ask for as many references as possible, so, clients must have references prepared!
Posting the Commission and Comercial Use
I would love to be credited or tagged if commissions are posted in any way!Additionally, I will be using any commissions I make for my portfolio or pricing examples. I would also like to post it on my socials.Therefore, clients MUST let me know any time before the commission is finished if they would like me to delay posting.Concerning commercial use, clients must speak with me before I start a commission.
Refunds
As a result of my (unfortunate) limited time, refunds are not offered!
Revisions
Clients are allowed three major revisions after the sketch is finished and sent for approval, and three minor revisions after the piece is done and sent for approval.
Tight Schedules & Work Speed
Clients must let me know BEFORE I begin work on a commission if there is a deadline. If I do not think I cannot finish the piece within the allotted time, I will decline.For clients that don't have a clear deadline, they can expect a commission to be finished in a week at least. I may take longer depending on the complexity. I will provide an estimated time after a commission has been ordered.
Concerning AI
Clients may NOT use my artworks and/or commissions with or for AI in any way. This includes actions (but is not restricted to):• Feeding art/commissions to AI• Using my artwork to create AI art in my style• Enhancing (polishing, tweaking, editing) art/commissions through AI
